In case of annulment before 25.10.2023 – no penalty,

In case of annulment after 25.10.2023 – penalty in the amount of 1 day at a hotel.

In case of annulment after 01.11.2023 – penalty in the amount of a 100 % payment for the hotel.

In case of not paying after 01.11.2023 – preliminary booking will be annulled.

All refunds shall be made after the Summit, net of banking and additional charges.
