Thomas Groth is full Professor of Biomedical Materials with research interest in engineering of musculoskeletal tissue He is currently the Past President of the European Society for Artificial Organs (ESAO) and ESAO Editor of The International Journal of Artificial Organs, Elected Member of Leibniz-Sozietät der Wissenschaften zu Berlin e.V. and Member of Editorial Boards of several journals with focus on biomaterials and tissue engineering.
