Minaev Nikita Vladimirovich, born in 1986, graduated in 2009 from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (MEPhI), department of solid state physics and quantum engineering. He completed his diploma practice at the DPLT ILIT RAS (Troitsk) under the supervision of Bagratashivili Viktor Nikolaevich. He start working as a junior research fellow and entered the correspondence postgraduate course at ILIT RAS in Troitsk. In December 2015, he successfully defended his thesis and received the degree of candidate of physical and mathematical sciences. Since February 2018, he has been the head of the Laser Nanoengineering Laboratory of the Institute of Photon Technologies FRC «Crystallography and Photonics» RAS (formerly DPLT ILIT RAS). In 2018, N.V. Minaev was included in the personnel reserve of scientific institutions subordinate to the FASO of Russia. He is the head of several grants of the RFBR, RSF, recipient of a scholarship from the President.
