Deputy Head of the Department of Chemical Kinetics for Academic Affairs,
Leading Researcher, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Associate Professor
Faculty of Chemistry, Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov
Elena Golubeva, Doctor of Chemistry, Associate Professor, Leading Scientific Researcher, Professor has been working at the Department of Chemical Kinetics, Faculty of Chemistry, M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University since 1984. Since 2013, she has been the Deputy Head of the Department of Education work and responsible for graduate school, heads the educational-methodical commission of the department, is a member of the methodical commission of the faculty.
Golubeva scientific activity was previously associated with the establishment of mechanisms of catalytic and photochemical processes involving complexes of copper and organic radicals, as well as with quantum-chemical calculations of the spectral parameters of metal complexes and stable radicals. Currently E.N. Golubeva deals with the problems of obtaining biodegradable medical supplies, including biologically active paramagnetic molecules, as well as monitoring their degradation in vitro. To this end, in her work, the method of supercritical fluid impregnation and micronization, EPR spectroscopy, as well as quantum-chemical and molecular-dynamic calculations are used.
